Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Please note that shipments are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Each order is shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress at each step.

Delivery Time

Currently, we only offer free standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days for all orders.

Please be aware that occasional shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen circumstances, carrier issues, international customs procedures, or address errors. If you experience a delay, please contact our customer support team. We are committed to keeping you informed and assisting you throughout the process.

Order Cancellation and Modification

Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request modifications or cancel an order. If changes are necessary, please contact our customer service quickly at contact@tablearc.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request within this time frame. After the 24-hour period, orders may already be processed and shipped, making any modifications impossible. Tablearc is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Thank you for your understanding.

How to Track My Order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification via email. If you have not received this notification, please feel free to contact us at contact@tablearc.com, and we will provide you with the tracking information. You can track your order using our tracking page.

The Tracking Says the Order Was Delivered, But You Didn’t Receive It?

If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

  • Check with your neighbors or household members to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to them.
  • Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation email for accuracy.
  • Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery status and request proof of non-delivery.
  • Send us this proof of non-delivery so we can immediately refund your order.
